The Association of Neurosurgical Physician Assistants exists to provide educational opportunities, formal representation, and a unified voice for all neurosurgical physician assistants.

This is done through education and outreach. ANSPA is a volunteer-led organization that prides itself on providing quality educational meetings for its members and other interested providers.

- Identify and discuss diagnoses & treatment options related to neurosurgical pathology

- Conduct a patient work-up to diagnose and treat patients with neurosurgery-related conditions

- Demonstrate application of neurosurgical principles in advanced practitioner practice of patient triage and treatment
