Advanced Practice Provider - Neurosurgery

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to patients with neurosurgical conditions through the patientcare continuum. Houston Methodist Willowbrook is 358 bed hospital serving the Northwest region the Houston Metropolitan area. It is a DNV designated Comprehensive Stroke Center and has a busy outpatient practice. What You’ll Do:

• Patient-Centric Care: Conduct comprehensive assessments and craft personalized care plans that truly reflect our patients’ needs in the clinic and inpatient setting.
• Surgical Support: Get hands-on experience as you assist in cutting-edge neurosurgical procedures, working alongside some of the best surgeons in the field (PA or RN-FA).
• Educate & Empower: Provide patients and their families with the knowledge and tools they need for successful outcomes.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work in an interdisciplinary team and contributing quality improvement initiatives that drive our success.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.
• Previous experience in neurosurgery or related field preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
