As such, they will have full voting rights.
- Other Director positions (Director-at-Large and Student Director) must maintain their appropriate membership type in ANSPA, in good standing, throughout their term, but not AAPA membership.
- Non-Fellow Members may have the floor but will not vote.
- The term of office will be two years, from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2024 (with the possible exception of Student Directors).

The secretary/treasurer is responsible to oversee elections; oversee the association’s expenditures and financial status; report to members at the annual meeting (or appoint a designee); have other duties as may be prescribed by law, the articles of incorporation, these bylaws, or the Board of Directors
Directors-at-Large (two openings)
